We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Ward Receptionist. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Admit and discharge patients, answer phones, and book outpatient appointments
- Track patient notes and perform other administrative duties
- Work alongside consultants, nursing staff, and other clinical teams
- Be computer literate and ideally have knowledge of the hospital system
