Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently schedule maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance portfolio
  • Maintain the integrity of the asset register at all times
  • Assist Contract Managers through reporting and system management
  • Conduct annual reviews of maintenance programs for all contracts
  • Manage user accounts, including creation and maintenance
  • Ensure appropriate supervisor and contract manager groups are assigned
  • Track and analyze incoming data
  • Maintain accurate information in the Call Out Rota management system and ensure Lone Worker procedures are up to date
  • Provide financial support to the IWE Team, including invoicing and cross-charging
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in work order management and contract initiation within an engineering context
  • Ability to analyze and understand maintenance challenges to deliver precise plant condition insights and recommendations
  • Proficient problem solver with a hands-on approach to engineering issues
  • Strong presentation skills, including technical report writing
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
  • Capable of preparing technology proposals
