The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and the ability to manage complex employee relations matters. Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills are essential, along with experience in coaching and supporting colleagues in casework. Periodic travel to our business sites will be required.

Available working locations include various sites across the business.
