  • Job costing and preparing quotes
  • Liaising with overseas partners and offices
  • Creating job files on our in-house system
  • Liaising with customers for clearance instructions
  • Completing customs clearance
  • Updating customers throughout the process
  • Organising and arranging airline collection and delivery
  • Costing and invoicing, and arranging payment where necessary
  • Conversing with airlines, agents, and hauliers to ensure a seamless process
  • Providing exceptional customer service
