Field Service Engineer (Plant / Agricultural)

£30,000-£40,000 + Company Bonus + Regional Travel + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Northallerton - Covering a regional patch

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer from a Plant / Agricultural machinery background looking for a challenging role within a well-established company in the Construction and Agricultural industry? This position offers coverage of a regional patch with opportunities to increase your earnings through bonuses and overtime.

This reputable company provides a range of equipment and machinery to the construction industry, both on a hire and rent basis. They have experienced significant growth since their establishment and, due to an ever-increasing workload, are looking to expand their friendly Engineering team.

This varied role will involve overseeing the maintenance and repairs of a diverse range of construction equipment, both in the workshop and on-site. You will receive comprehensive in-house training and then work with a tight-knit team, predominantly carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across Northallerton and the surrounding areas.

This exciting opportunity would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background in the repair and servicing of Plant / Agricultural / Construction machinery, looking to join a friendly team within a well-established company offering progression opportunities and a bonus to enhance your earnings.

The Role:
  1. Undertake varied maintenance and repairs - PPM and reactive maintenance
  2. Comprehensive in-house training
  3. Join a tight-knit team of 6 employees
  4. Workshop and field-based with regional travel
  5. Fast progression to senior management roles
The Person:
  1. Field Service Engineer or similar
  2. Plant / Agricultural / Construction background
  3. Commutable to Northallerton - happy to cover a regional patch
