Job Title: Executive Briefing Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Briefing Program Manager to manage and plan high-value executive briefings to customers in our Executive Briefing Center in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute end-to-end briefing planning processes for executive briefings hosted in the Singapore Executive Briefing Center.
  2. Collaborate with AWS executive leaders, technical subject matter experts, and customers to create strategic, 1:1 outcome-based discussions.
  3. Design and implement mechanisms to deliver briefings at scale, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Build and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to drive the successful delivery of a streamlined experience.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams, including EBC programming, sales, marketing, and technical communities, to develop enablement materials for AWS sales teams.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve and develop standard operating procedures.
  7. Utilize exceptional communication skills to set expectations with internal and external stakeholders throughout the briefing planning process.
  8. Drive year-over-year process improvements to continually raise the bar for stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
