The OpportunityWe are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in highways resurfacing projects. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project and framework contract management, ensuring that our highways resurfacing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with clients to manage project finances and lead a dedicated team to meet and exceed contract expectations.
- Plan and forecast project timelines, manage supply chains, and ensure that all work adheres to strict safety and quality protocols.
- Manage project contracts and framework agreements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Lead a dedicated team of supervisors, planning their workloads and monitoring their progress, and provide guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles and grow professionally.
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing their team.
- A meticulous approach to reviewing project plans and contracts, ensuring that all aspects of the project are accounted for.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
