Key Responsibilities

As a Distribution Coordinator, you will engage cross-departmentally within our project team, primarily handling daily communications with our clients to represent Tarmac effectively.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Taking ownership of all customer interactions through various communication channels, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Maintaining meticulous data entry standards and accurately recording essential information throughout your daily tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to clarify details, share information, and resolve inquiries and challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and contributing to the overall improvement of our operations.
  • Inputting precise customer information into the CRM system.
  • Processing order details accurately and responding to customer requests with confidence, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Regularly liaising with relevant internal departments, including Finance and Purchasing.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our products and staying informed about market trends through training and research.

This role operates Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday responsibilities, and will transition to a hybrid working model after training.
