Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients in the field of Adult Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a range of legal work in connection with Adult Social Care Law, including providing general legal advice to client departments.
  • Handle a caseload focused on Adult Social Care, Mental Capacity Act, Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Safeguarding.
  • Assist Legal Services in maintaining the provision of an effective and efficient Legal Service to the County Council.
  • Support County Legal Services in maintaining the provision of an effective and efficient legal service to the County Council in compliance with the LEXCEL Office Procedures Manual, formulated in accordance with the Law Society's Practice Management Standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience required in Local Government.

Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week.
  • Monday – Friday.
