Group Desktop Technician

About the Role:
Activate Learning is seeking a skilled Group Desktop Technician to provide IT technical support across the organization. This role will be based at our Oxford campus, where you will work closely with the IT team to resolve hardware and software issues, maintain and install IT equipment, and provide first and second-line technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and students on hardware and software issues
- Maintain and install IT equipment
- Coordinate with 3rd line technical support
- Support customers face-to-face
Requirements:
- Strong background in IT
- Good technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
