Group Desktop Technician

About the Role:
Activate Learning is seeking a skilled Group Desktop Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as providing excellent customer service to our staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support for hardware and software issues
- Maintain and install IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support to staff and students
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Strong background in IT and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
