About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and prioritize tickets to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide technical support.
- Provide remote support and fixes to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Active Directory and service management functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
