We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team at SDW Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing shipments from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage import and export shipments, including arranging collections, booking with carriers, and ensuring Customs formalities are adhered to.
  • Collate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, and ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and Customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
