Export Logistics Coordinator

At WR Logistics, we're seeking a dedicated and experienced Export Operator with expertise in multi-modal freight forwarding to join our dynamic team in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of export operations, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods via air freight, road freight, and sea freight.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipment records, including tracking and reporting on the status of export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies to facilitate smooth and legally compliant export operations.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues and provide exceptional customer service throughout the export process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in export operations with a strong understanding of multi-modal transportation logistics.
- Knowledge of air freight, road freight, and freight forwarding processes and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and export compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a 'client first' mindset.
