- Conduct comprehensive business analysis activities, including initial design discussions, project shaping, and scoping to ensure that requirements are thoroughly developed.

- Evaluate and model processes, data flows, and technologies to identify current value, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

- Ensure that business requirements are meticulously analyzed with adequate involvement from both business and technical teams, including necessary data analysis.

- Develop technical documentation to assist developers and designers in conceptualizing and communicating the structure of the software or website being created, facilitating the overall design process and supporting communication with the business.

- Provide a clear, documented overview of the current ('as is') and future ('to be') states through stakeholder workshops, employing active listening, challenging assumptions, and collaboratively resolving issues to achieve both business and project objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and external clients, along with a solid understanding of change management, data modeling, and lean methodologies. Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst is essential, along with a proven track record in analyzing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. A Business Analysis certification from BCS or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
