FM Conway is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Aggregates and Asphalt Commercial division. This is a full-time position based at our head office in Kent.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will use data and relevant tools to support and drive the Asphalt and Aggregate commercial strategy and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing standardized and insightful commercial reporting, including KPIs, trackers, and ad hoc reporting
  • Working with the A&A commercial team to identify areas of underperformance or opportunities and implementing relevant tracking methods to monitor progress
  • Monitoring commercial trends and highlighting issues and opportunities to the commercial team
  • Assisting the Commercial Director and Senior Performance Analyst in producing commercial forecasts, budgets, and strategic models
  • Developing and maintaining relevant reports to communicate complex data
  • Producing and circulating daily sales analysis to senior management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have an analytical or financial background and practical knowledge of modeling and reporting tools. You will have strong presentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication.

Our Aggregate and Asphalt division manufactures a range of high-quality products that can be adapted to suit the specific needs of our customers. We recycle highways arisings at our unique static crushing, washing, and grading plants. The Recycled Asphalt Product (RAP) is used in our local asphalt plants to supply construction sites across London and Southern England.
