As a Technical Specialist, you will provide technical support and expertise to our clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring the smooth operation of their Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 3rd line technical support and expertise for Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Entra ID, MS Exchange, SharePoint/Teams, MS Purview, and Windows servers.
- Support daily infrastructure operations, including management of on-premise hosted services and various storage solutions.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests escalated from the service desk.
- Support the integration of group MS Tenant and act as Project Technical Lead when required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the IT function to scope and design outcomes, ensuring business requirements are met within allotted timelines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenants and associated services and technologies.
- Strong understanding of cyber security policies, including on-prem, cloud, and EUD.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Desirable: understanding of licensing SKUs and data landscaping, including sensitivity and lifecycle state.
- Background working in a manufacturing or engineering function.
This role offers a competitive salary of £500-£600 per annum, depending on experience, and highly flexible office/site working for the right candidate.
