About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Coordinator to join our Contract Support Team in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chase quotations and works, following up on jobs to ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with internal departments to develop and carry out new opportunities, driving business growth
  • Perform general administration duties, maintaining accurate records and diaries
  • Work closely with the service manager to uphold high standards of service delivery
  • Maintain and create strong relationships with customers, attending meetings and visits to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in Facilities Management or Construction
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Previous scheduling experience, with a focus on diary management and coordination
