Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections efficiently to minimize delays and ensure timely payment.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial reports, and statements to provide insights into company performance.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and preparing documents.
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Customer and Vendor Support: Handle inquiries from customers and vendors, resolving any discrepancies in billing or payments in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: AAT Level 2 is essential, and a valid Enhanced DBS is also required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software, Xero, Sage 50, and Sage Payroll.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
