Recruitment Coordinator

We are a civil engineering sub-contractor based in Worcester, committed to delivering high-quality temporary staff to the construction and civil engineering markets across the UK. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we have built a reputation for excellence and are now looking for an experienced recruitment resourcer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles
- Coordinate interview bookings and manage candidate paperwork
- Utilize spreadsheets to track candidate information and manage the recruitment process
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone inquiries
- Meet and greet candidates in reception, ensuring a positive first impression
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
