We're seeking an experienced recruitment resourcer to join our team on a full-time or part-time permanent basis. As a key member of our labour division, you'll play a crucial role in attracting top tradespeople to join our growing labour force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Verify candidates' identification and paperwork
  • Utilize spreadsheets to manage candidate data
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet and greet candidates in reception
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
