Your Role

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Food and Beverage Manager in maintaining the restaurant's high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and mentoring team members to ensure they are confident and proficient in their roles.
  • Addressing any escalated service issues to uphold our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborating with the bar team, leveraging your knowledge of bar operations to enhance service delivery.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Availability to work five shifts per week, including weekends, with a flexible schedule ranging from early morning to late night.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant setting, such as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.
  • A strong understanding of our food and beverage offerings, coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in training and supporting team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £13.23 per hour (equivalent to £27,518.40 per annum FTE), along with guaranteed hours and paid overtime. Additional benefits include:
