Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Door Supervisor to join X Facilities Group Limited in ensuring the safety and security of our premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain order and security, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to promptly respond to any incidents or disturbances.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, enforcing property regulations and safety protocols as necessary.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of security procedures and protocols.
- Knowledge of surveillance procedures and equipment, including CCTV systems.
- First aid certification is desirable, but not essential.
- Familiarity with security software and systems, including access control and alarm systems.
- Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, part-time, or zero-hours contract available.
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.44-£12.00 per hour.
- Benefits package includes discounted or free food, employee discount, and on-site parking.
Work Schedule
- Day shift, night shift, and weekend availability required.
- Monday to Friday working hours, with flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
- Security experience: 4 years (preferred).
- English fluency (preferred).
- SIA Door Supervisor certification (preferred).
