  • Provide a high-level advisory service to senior managers and elected members on HR matters.
  • Manage budgets and projects to meet targets and achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Chartered membership of the CIPD.
  • Substantial experience of managing and delivering high-quality human resources services in a large complex organization.
  • In-depth experience of budgetary management and project management.
  • Able to communicate and engage effectively with people at all levels.
