Logistics Manager

Vickerstock is partnering with a leading food manufacturing firm in the Newtownards area to fill a key role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of dispatchers, providing Performance Development Plans for direct reports.
- Ensure strict Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Frequently liaise with operations, suppliers, carriers, customers, and sales teams.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in fast-paced Despatch/Logistics/Warehousing operations.
- Proven experience in leading a team and implementing process improvement projects.
- Sound understanding of Retailer and BRC Food Manufacturing requirements.
