Job Title: Associate Director / Geoenvironmental Engineer

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director / Geoenvironmental Engineer to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to accelerate their career and take on a leadership role within a growing company.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Geo-Environmental team, creating and driving the vision for the department, and overseeing the tender process. They will also be responsible for project management, coordination, and supervision of clients, as well as mentoring less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Geo-Environmental team and create a vision for the department
  • Oversee the tender process and produce contract documentation
  • Project manage projects of all sizes, ensuring timescales and budgets are met
  • Coordinate and supervise clients, and mentor less experienced team members
  • Implement internal QMS procedures and ensure designs comply with company protocols
  • Undertake coordination with other professionals and contractors as appropriate
Requirements:
  • Chartered geologist, Engineer or Scientist
  • Minimum 10 years' experience working in similar engineering consultancy
  • Commercially aware and able to attract and develop business opportunities
  • Proficient in technical design packages, foundation design, and recommendations
  • Full driving licence and use of a car
