Job Title: Associate Director Geo-Environmental

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Director Geo-Environmental to join their team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will lead the Geo-Environmental team and be responsible for creating and driving the vision for the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Geo-Environmental team and develop strategies for growth and development
  • Design and implement geo-environmental projects, including Phase I Desk Studies and Phase II Ground Investigations
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop less experienced team members
Requirements:
  • Chartered geologist, Engineer or Scientist with a degree in a relevant engineering subject
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar engineering consultancy
  • Commercially aware and able to attract and develop business opportunities
  • Proficient in software such as technical design packages and foundation design
  • Ability to lead a team and manage projects
