Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an IT Category Strategy to drive business value and savings
  • Work collaboratively with the Category Management team to achieve business objectives
  • Document and manage risks associated with IT spend, updating the department risk register as necessary
  • Ensure all savings and value are tracked through SAP ARIBA
  • Prepare regular reports on IT spend, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Engage with 3rd party stakeholders and oversee stakeholder engagement to influence category spend
Requirements:
  • Relevant CIPS certification
  • Technical or business degree
  • 7-10 years' experience in purchasing, preferably in an IT-related role
  • Proven track record in negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • ERP systems knowledge, including SAP and SAP ARIBA
