About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in Hartlepool. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism to live an independent and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and medication management.
  • Support individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Cover sleep-ins and provide overnight support as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • A DBS check is required for this position.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends.
