Job Summary:
The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, providing, and developing specialist clinical pharmacy services at our main hospital site in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the clinical pharmacy service to ICU, surgical, and medical wards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for pharmacy clinical services across the Clinic.
- Act as a specialist role model and expert in medicines management.
- Support the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in a hospital pharmacy at a senior level.
- Completed comprehensive rotations in hospital Pharmacy covering surgical and medical wards.
- Developing and writing policies/procedures/guidelines.

- A competitive salary range (Band 8a NHS equivalent) starting from £66,718 per annum dependant on experience.
