Job Summary:

The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, providing, and developing specialist clinical pharmacy services at our main hospital site in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the clinical pharmacy service to ICU, surgical, and medical wards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for pharmacy clinical services across the Clinic.
  • Act as a specialist role model and expert in medicines management.
  • Support the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in a hospital pharmacy at a senior level.
  • Completed comprehensive rotations in hospital Pharmacy covering surgical and medical wards.
  • Developing and writing policies/procedures/guidelines.
