A reputable family-run business, established in the commercial catering and refrigeration industry, is seeking a skilled Catering Equipment Service Engineer to join their team in the south west of England.
The company prides itself on providing a better work-life balance for its employees, resulting in a long-standing team with extensive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing service and maintenance on commercial catering equipment, including COMCAT and electrical systems.
- Working on a variety of equipment, such as combi ovens, grills, burners, fryers, dishwashers, and other gas and electrical catering equipment.
- Collaborating with a diverse range of clients across the hospitality industry, primarily independent entities.
Benefits:
- A competitive basic salary of £37-40k.
- Travel pay, van, phone, fuel card, and uniform provided.
- 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, with additional paid days for longer service.
- Company benefits, call-out rota, and overtime opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in service and maintenance of commercial catering equipment.
- Hold COMCAT 1 and 3 certifications, with COMCAT 5 and LPG being advantageous.
- Good electrical experience.
- Ability to pass or hold a current CRB check.
Location:
The ideal candidate will be based in the Taunton, Bridgewater, or Weston Super Mare area, with consideration given to candidates from other locations within the region.
