Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all work complies with engineering standards and, as relevant, Briggs/manufacturer specification/tolerances. You will also be responsible for carrying out inspection/checks on your own work as it proceeds and ensuring that the equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing it back to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all work complies with engineering standards and, as relevant, Briggs/manufacturer specification/tolerances.
  • Carrying out inspection/checks on your own work as it proceeds and ensuring that the equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing it back to the customer.
  • Identifying any further work required on a machine and ensuring the customer is made aware of the fact, especially where a cost to the customer is to be incurred.
  • Completing all related job and service documentation correctly, with necessary signatures/documents obtained from the customer.

  • A competitive salary of up to £36,209pa based on a 40 hour working week.

  • Overtime is payable at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 on Sunday.
