We are seeking a dedicated MRI Radiographer to enhance our patient-focused team at Ramsay Health Care. Our Radiology department features state-of-the-art MRI technology, ensuring the highest standards of imaging quality.

Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing orthopaedic, general, and MRI contrast lists. A comprehensive understanding of MRI protocols and procedures is essential.

Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for fostering effective collaboration within the multidisciplinary team.

The position requires working three 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with potential opportunities for extended hours.

Key Duties Include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care and imaging services
  • Staying current with scanning protocols to ensure optimal image quality
  • Managing radiology bookings efficiently
  • Executing RIS/PACS processes promptly
  • Upholding patient care and confidentiality standards in line with Ramsay policies
  • Reporting departmental issues and equipment faults effectively

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Radiography along with a MRI Post Graduate Certificate
  • HCPC registration
  • Prior experience in MRI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic services
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Evidence of continuous professional development and eagerness to learn
