About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Field Engineer / Onsite Engineer to join our dynamic team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing incoming requests, incidents, and requests from our help desk.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on their cases, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Evaluate and escalate high-priority issues to management.
  • Perform regular tasks in accordance with Service Desk procedures.
  • Review daily priorities and take action to ensure results are achieved.
  • Monitor the integrity and status of client sites, ensuring business requirements are met to the highest level.
  • Install, test, maintain, and repair hardware and software.
  • Document processes and log tickets for open work.

Technical Requirements

  • Configure and implement cyber security standards, including GDPR.
  • Implement and manage Office 365 Cloud services, including Email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Maintain and install network infrastructure, including routers, switches, APs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and VLANs.
  • Collaborate with service providers to support clients.
  • Follow industry best practices and processes.
  • Manage Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including Group Policies and Security Policies.
  • Administer and implement Azure services.
  • Have a good understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with client builds and imaging.
  • Strong customer support, written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently.
