Your Role

As a detail-oriented individual, you will collaborate closely with project teams and change owners to monitor and report on the progress of various quality and reliability enhancement initiatives. Your experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, coupled with project management expertise and a comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management, will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate documentation of all change control processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to facilitate communication and adherence to change control procedures.
  • Lead a small team of document and change control associates, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support the team during external audits and quality assessments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in project management and product lifecycle management, preferably in medical devices, automotive, or defense/aerospace sectors.
