Office Manager | Competitive salary plus excellent benefits | Permanent - Full time
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our support centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing repairs and maintenance, and overseeing the inventory of parts and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage repairs and maintenance of facilities, including contracting services as required
- Oversee and supervise members of staff, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Manage renovations, refurbishments, and office moves, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations
- Coordinate onsite and offsite parking for employees, ensuring a safe and convenient experience
- Manage and escalate support centre feedback to the General Manager and wider management team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to prioritize and work accurately under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and time management
