Exciting Opportunity for a Legal Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Cashier to join our Real Estates and Projects Department at EJ Legal Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Real Estates and Projects Department with all aspects of accounts administration and legal cashiering.
  • Produce detailed matter balance reports and arrange meetings with fee earners.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a legal accounts environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
