We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe and efficient service to patients.
- Participate in audits of prescribing practice and drug usage, and contribute to the development of our service and the Trust's Medicines Optimisation Strategy.
- Undertake daily clinical ward visits to specialist areas to provide patient counselling and improve adherence to treatment.
- Be involved in incident reporting as part of clinical governance.
- Take part in the out-of-hours and 7-day pharmacy service to further develop clinical knowledge, organisation, and decision-making capabilities.

Person Specification- Fully registered member of the GPhC or will be fully registered member of the GPhC in Summer 2024.
- Master's degree plus Pre-registration training (or equivalent).
- Previous pharmacy experience.
- Hospital pharmacy experience (desirable).
- Clinical Knowledge.
- Computer Literate.
- Medicines Management initiatives (desirable).
