As an Insolvency Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Insolvency team in managing a varied and growing portfolio of Commercial insolvencies, liquidations, and administrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Insolvency team: Provide administrative support to the Insolvency team, including preparation for meetings, reports, and client updates.
- Case Management: Ensure that ongoing cases are being moved forward in line with client expectations.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
- Meetings and Events: Attend meetings both remotely and on-site at clients' and business premises, as well as networking events where appropriate.
- Financial Analysis: Request, review, and understand financial information provided for the case, and present findings back to the Insolvency team and instructing clients.
- CRM Support: Support the wider CRM team as and when required.
Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the banking and finance industry, with knowledge of Invoice Finance being an advantage.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial information and potential impacts/influences on a debtor's ledger in different scenarios.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience of customer/client relationship management.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with peers of all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-Starter: Ability to be a self-starter and manage own workload, prioritizing tasks and working within deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within the wider Cerberus Group, consistently acting as a team player.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at solving problems and possessing strong analytical skills.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
