Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Dump Truck Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting and dumping loose materials, such as sand, gravel, and crushed rock, to various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a dump truck to transport and dump materials at construction sites, adhering to commercial driving regulations and safety protocols.
  • Secure loads using tarps to prevent damage and ensure safe transportation.
  • Inspect the truck before and after each trip to identify any defects or issues.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs and report any incidents or issues to management.
  • Assist workers in loading and unloading materials, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; commercial driver's license (CDL) with a Class B minimum.
  • Previous experience driving large trucks and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
