About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Mental Health Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Graduate Mental Health Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) issues, providing learning support and making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized learning support to students with SEMH issues
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of students
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
  • Strong understanding of SEMH issues and their impact on learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
