We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Limited. As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble customer orders and ensure timely shipment
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders for shipment
- Verify the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Meet minimum productivity and quality standards
- Comply with policies and legal requirements
Working Environment
You will work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical warehouse environment, collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role.
Physical Demands
This role requires standing and walking for the majority of your shift, as well as the ability to lift products up to 15kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
