Job Summary:

Larson Maddox is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Global Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping our global legal strategy and providing expert guidance on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy for our international operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic counsel on major transactions, corporate governance, and disputes related to transactions with distributors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management and compliance across employment, commercialization, privacy, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion into new markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably in the Life Sciences/Technology industry.
  • Admitted to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
  • Proven expertise in US Public Companies and FCPA matters.
  • Experience with strategic and business development transactions.
  • Strong in-house experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
