About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Department Manager to lead our team in the new Sytner Logistics Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring that all aspects of inventory control, parts sourcing, and administration are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage inventory levels for a wide range of brands
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to source parts
  • Implement and maintain effective stock control systems
  • Lead and motivate a team of Parts Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
