  • Assist service providers in the territory with their parcel service, including training store workers and reporting on faults.
  • Call into businesses to ensure that the parcel service runs smoothly, liaising with decision makers to ensure that all team members are trained in how to use the service.
  • Report faults and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Build and develop relationships with businesses to support them in providing excellent customer service and high standards of service to their customer base.
  • Work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to report and manage data.

Requirements:

  • Previous field experience.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Motivated and committed.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships and use these to support businesses in providing excellent customer service and high standards of service to their customer base.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
