Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality audit and accounts services
  • Working closely with experienced management to plan, execute, and complete audit engagements
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive advice and support
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers
  • Staying current with industry trends and regulations to ensure best practices are followed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in audit and accounts, with a solid understanding of UK accounting standards
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • A desire to grow within the firm and take on increased responsibilities over time
