Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support the recruitment process by writing job descriptions to attract quality candidates, preparing interview questions, and application forms.
- Lead ad hoc HR projects and serve as a business partner to the CEO and CFO for administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- A HR qualification or equivalent and experience in a generalist role.
- Excellent work ethic, approachable personality, and a proactive approach with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
