About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our team of engineers in designing, developing, and operating critical security products. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the technical direction, managing resource allocation, and driving feedback on architecture, design, and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for design, development, and operations of security products.
  • Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business objectives.
  • Lead design reviews for engineers and drive feedback on architecture, design, and operational issues.
  • Work with Applied Scientists to deliver machine learning-based solutions.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the field of security.

Requirements
  • Experience in engineering team management.
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
  • Experience in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
  • Experience partnering with product and program management teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers.
