Registered Service Manager - Middlesbrough

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
- Conduct care needs assessments and recruit and induct new colleagues.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits.
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports.
- Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration.
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
