Job Title: Nurse Unit Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Lead to join our team at our 88-bedded nursing home in Bourne, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of nurses to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
